2ULaundry is on a mission to give people time back to do what matters most in life starting with a new experience and solution to the world's most hated household chore… laundry. We merge next-generation logistics technology, an innovative cleaning process, and an old-fashioned dedication to customer satisfaction to create millions of hours of free time for our customers and even more magical moments for their families.

2ULaundry is hiring a full-time, Entry-level Digital Marketing Coordinator that will report directly to our Senior Marketing Manager. The team is hyper-focused on growth and customer retention and we’re looking for the right person to contribute in this role, from day one. The ideal candidate is a creative and versatile go-getter with a knack for content development and experience with project management.

This opportunity is positioned to make a measurable impact with an exciting company in the early stages of growth. You will be obsessed with all things related to digital communications, with an emphasis on building authentic customer connections across our channels. You know your way around social media and can develop creative campaigns to increase follower engagement.

We’re looking for an organized, roll-up-your-sleeves Digital Marketing Coordinator who has no hesitation jumping right into a fast-paced team and immediately providing value across verticals (not necessarily limited to digital channels). Ideally, you’re just as comfortable writing a witty caption to an Instagram photo as you are organizing multi-channel content campaigns.

Like us, you should be customer-focused and brand-obsessed, curious about innovative ways to engage our new and existing customers and turn them into loyal 2ULaundry ambassadors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and publish relevant, original, and high-quality content across our channels, including strategy and copywriting (email, social, print, digital, video, OOH, etc.)
  • Research and identify new online and offline channels to develop tactics with the intent to build brand awareness and acquire new customers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for digital communications including recognizing industry trends across channels, highlighting new opportunities for increased engagement, and staying ahead of the curve on enhanced product capabilities
  • Work with Marketing Analyst to establish performance benchmarks, develop a social media dashboard, and build a regular performance reporting cadence for our social media accounts
  • Work across departments to develop new internal and external content based on customer insights, behavioral data, and company objectives
  • Fill in where needed! At this stage of growth, we need team members who roll up their sleeves and will take on any tasks to help the team be successful

Who You Are:

  • Communicator: you know how to say (and type!) what you mean, clearly and effectively, no matter the audience or channel
  • Social Media Expert: you’re a frequent user of social media networks, especially Instagram and Facebook, with knowledge of tools, functionality, engagement metrics, and trends
  • Customer-Obsessed: you’re focused on building meaningful relationships with customers by providing valuable interactions and thoughtful solutions
  • Creative: you’re not afraid to think outside of the box with bonus points if you’re proficient Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design tools
  • Self-Starter: you can power through ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Organized: you’re able to prioritize (and re-prioritize), manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Engaging : you’ve got the people skills to forge new relationships, nurture existing ones, and interact with everyone from executives to facilities associates
  • Fun: duh.

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience including copywriting, content development, and project management
  • Deep experience with social media channels, with an emphasis on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (bonus if you know photography/videography and are knowledgeable of Nextdoor, Yelp, and YouTube)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Currently located in Atlanta, GA

What You’ll Get:

  • Professional development and a fast-moving environment where you will be challenged and stretched on a daily basis
  • Competitive compensation
  • A high-caliber team and tight-knit, collaborative work environment
  • Kickass office at Ponce City Market
